Job Title: RN Clinical Manager - Operation Room
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Full Time/Permanent(Onsite)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous management experience. Heavy skills in OR are required. Position responsible for providing leadership to the department – overseeing the daily operations – managing and developing departmental staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process, ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients. Shift for this position is Mon-Fri/Days/6:30am-3pm (no weekends/no holidays). CNOR would be preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelor's of Nursing
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
- Certified in Basic Life Support
- Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
