Rotating Shift (Day and Evening) - (7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 11:00 AM-11:30 PM, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, 7:00 AM-7:30 PM)
Non-Exempt; Pay Grade: UE
Position Summary:
The Clinical Customer Service Representative enhances service excellence at Johns Hopkins Hospital by serving as a central point of contact and communication for patients, families, visitors, and members of the healthcare team in patient care units. The CCSR also provides a broad spectrum of customer support services to medical, nursing, and administrative staff by performing a variety of unit-specific activities geared to meet unit, department, and institutional needs.
Education/Work Experience:
HS Diploma or equivalent, one year of college credit preferred.
Minimum of six months experience in healthcare or office setting.
Strong customer service experience in a high volume work setting (ie. call center, guest services, reception, etc. preferred.)
