Choice House is hiring a Clinical Director. We are a long-term experiential and adventure based program, We are gender-specific 90 day residential primary treatment center that also provides a highly structured sober living and outpatient Program that creates a year long treatment continuum for the men in our care. The Choice House Programs are located in Louisville and Boulder, CO. We provide state-of-art, integrative services for adult men recovering from substance use disorder, dual diagnosis and trauma.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing safety, supervision and follow through in all domains related to efficient and effective care and treatment services.
• Oversees daily clinical operations.
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves work, client and staff related issues and concerns.
• Responsible for audits on all clinical paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with State, Federal and accrediting body regulations and standards.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures
• Works as part of the leadership team to analyze and recommend changes in organizational systems, policies and procedures to ensure client satisfaction, clinical flow and maximum productivity.
• Serves as point of contact for client, family and referral concerns and satisfaction issues. Works toward positive resolution.
• Assesses, collaborates and supervises clinical team to ensure excellent clinical services are being provided.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in field related to counseling, therapy, social sciences. Colorado certification for addiction counseling, CACII, CACIII, MAC or LAC.

EXPERIENCE: Three years minimum experience in supervision and/or management in treatment facilities with addictions and mental health populations. Able to demonstrate continuous quality improvement, strategic decision-making, problem solving skills and timely documentation.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Professional counseling licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC or CAC II or III) required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
