Summary:

• The Clinical Supervisor provides administrative supervision of staff, and ensures sound clinical decisions are made as a part of supervision. This position also assists in the coordination of the delivery of Adoption Preservation services to assigned staff and coordinates internship opportunities through Illinois State University.
• Location: Urbana, IL with hybrid opportunities
• PAY: $52,000-$67,500 based on experience, education, and certifications
• $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS for external applicants

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigned staff, including employment, training, supervision, support, and performance feedback, including timely completion of performance evaluations.
• Provides clinical consultation to staff inside and outside the agency, as appropriate, and ensures sound clinical decisions are made in the provision of services.
• In the absence of the program manager, screens referrals and makes decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of referrals.
• Performs triage of waiting list clients as directed by supervisor.
• Assists program manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual outcome measures for the Adoption Preservation program.

Requirements of a Clinical Supervisor:

• Master's degree in social work or a related field
• LCSW or LCPC in the state of Illinois required
• Minimum 2 years experience in providing direct service and/or supervision of relevant services, including trauma and attachment
