How You’ll Make an Impact
Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, eating, bathing, and socializing
Monitoring of resident’s condition changes & reporting to the nurse
Transferring and lifting of residents/accommodating mobility status
Build rapport and relationships with residents within the community
