Position Summary

AstroTek Industries (ATI), a CMT company, is seeking a CNC Production Manager for our Anaheim, CA location. The CNC Production Manager is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include identifying, improving, and driving operational excellence at all levels within the manufacturing environment. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The hiring range for this role is between $100,000 - $120,000 per year depending on experience.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower all team members to drive manufacturing efficiency and excellence.
• Maintains communication and collaboration with the entire management team and the Production Supervisor.
• Organize and execute work assignments based on the direction of the Master Scheduler.
• Lead the communication between the Programming department, the Manufacturing Manager, and operators.
• Work with the Project managers, Procurement Dept., General Manager, Shipping/Receiving, and the Master Scheduler to maintain the schedule and ship products on time. (Eyes and Ears for driving success on the floor).
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• Two-year associate or equivalent education and experience.
• 7-10 years of experience managing production in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years' experience leading a team.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 and quality standards.
• Experience in using an ERP system preferred.
