We are currently looking to add a professional and detail-oriented Collections/Invoicing Assistant to our team. This is on an site postion in Sterling Heights, MI.
Job purpose
Responsible for daily invoice processing and large customer collections for a growing business with multi-company transaction processing.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure daily loads are accurate and process into an invoicing status
- Prepare and maintain accounts receivable documents and records
- Work directly with accounting coordinator to identify rejected invoices and correct errors
- Interface with customer software systems (E Supplier Connect and Penske)
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Handle incoming mail
- Assist and support all company personnel as needed
Qualifications include:
- Previous office experience
- Experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Well organized
- Experience with TMW and CMS a plus
- Self-starter who can thrive in an unstructured work environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Other notable information: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, although may vary. We offer health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) and paid time off.
