TSL Insurance Group, a division of Thomson Smith & Leach Insurance Group, Inc., is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative for Small Business Unit.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Prepare applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the Producer
- Work with the service staff to meet timeline (deadlines)
- Follow up with Markets for quotations.
- Create the proposal under the direction of the Producer and/or manager
- Create Proposal
- Check for any discrepancies between submission/quotation/proposal
- Make necessary proposal and application changes from client meeting
- Work with Producer to provide binders of insurance and to get client sign offs
- Certificate issuance
- Check policies with Submission/quotation/proposal
- Invoice
- Check endorsements against requests
- Issue auto ID Cards
- Provide on going Customer Service to insured in an assigned book of business
Qualifications
- Must have strong computer software and in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with carrier rating software a plus
- Must have a current P&C license
- 2 + years of experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
