Qualifications
3+ years of experience in concrete as a Project Manager
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulation
- The Commercial Concrete Project Manager will manage the scope of assigned projects through completion on time and under budget. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring site safety, and have a comprehensive knowledge of day to day field operations for assigned project(s) including: planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising concrete crew foremen, subcontractors and vendors to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Silver and Blue Concrete quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,560.51 - $100,000.00 per year
