Summary

The Property Manager position is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties on Bainbridge Island.*

Responsibilities

Partnering with Property Accountant, Lease Administrator, and Maintenance Manager to ensure accurate and on-time accounting, tenant improvements, work orders and other special project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite in Windermere Commercial office Monday-Friday 8-5PM
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand and abstract leases and contracts
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to speak, write and understand English
• Professional communication etiquette with good oral and written communication skills
• Accurate, attentive, detail oriented, with strong analytical skills
• Must have working vehicle, valid driver license and current auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally to the assigned portfolio and work with minimal supervision
• Promote and foster confident, comfortable relationships with tenants and owners
• Supervise tenant move in and move out process
• Conduct new tenant orientation

Education

• Real Estate License required
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience

Experience & Salary Range

• 5+ years Commercial Property Management experience
• Salary range depends on level of experience $65K-$85K
