Objectives:
- Manage communications through media relations, social media, and other outlets
- Prepare and manage activity and task lists for program-related projects and activities
- Serve as a direct point of contact to program participants (internal and external)
- Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
- Ensure the implementation of policies and practices
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Conduct weekly/monthly follow-ups with clients to fine-tune the strategies needed to improve operational effectiveness
- Manage payments for the programs
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Professional Development, to develop monthly strategies, quarterly plans, and annual plans for clients
- Lead and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new students
- Track, measure, evaluate, and report on progress toward achieving targets while adjusting the strategy and escalating concerns as appropriate
- Share priorities and roadblocks proactively with the Leadership Team for additional guidance
- Use financial, marketing, and human resources data to help the business make critical decisions that impact operations
- Be responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with the Operations Team to improve all systems and processes that drive the success of the business
- Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple key events in a digital/virtual capacity, and in-person
- Virtual event planning and project management including confirming appropriate virtual platform, creation of timelines, thorough and regular communications to attendees, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, and other communications tools)
- Prepare program-related training materials
- Prepare paperwork and order material
- Manage program-related social media accounts
- Manage special projects as they arise in conjunction with Event Management initiatives
- Keep updated records and create reports and/or proposals
- Support the growth and program development
- Follow-up with program participants to ensure that tasks and action items are being completed in a timely manner
- Contact program participants and potential participants about upcoming events and offers via telephone or email

Educational Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma preferred
- 1-2 years’ work experience in training, organizational development or content development

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position will require travel - up to 10%
