We are hiring Confidential Assistant for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description:

• This position will focus on legal and ethical privacy issues regarding collecting, sharing, using and protecting data for public health purposes, including addressing determinants of health, improving population health, promoting health equity and research.
• The individual will work with the Chief Ethics and Data Privacy Officer, and other members to protect the privacy of the personally identifiable information(PII)/protected health information(PHI)
• Responsibilities include: Reviewing, analyzing and drafting relevant legal agreements, including Data Use Agreements.
• Legal research of relevant State or federal law governing privacy and confidentiality of PII/PHI, including legal authority to collect, use, share, retain PII/PHI.
• Supporting subject matter experts and data stewards in safeguarding PII and mitigating privacy risks in activities involving PII/PHI.
• Drafting Privacy Notices and Privacy Policies
• Desired Qualifications: Interest in public service. Interest in privacy and public health.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, organized test.
