Overview:
As experienced Project Accountant, we are looking for a person who can catch up and keep up with the elite project accounting team in the ever expanding company that provides lots of growth opportunities. As a Project Accountant you will be working closely with the Project Accounting Manager, Project Managers, Project Compliance Specialist, collaboration with the Project Coordination team (Architects, Engineers, Owners, Subcontractors and Suppliers) and Owner/Clients to ensure information is complete and accurate. We are looking for someone with a “Team First” mentality, who will be adaptable, versatile, willing to learn, and wants to grow with the company. Tasks and responsibilities, but not limited to:
NTC’s/Electronic Folder Archive

SCA/Electronic Archive

Sub Billing Instructions email

NOS Tracking & PM Verification

Owner Billing/Gro/CO/Permits/Reimbursables

Prelim Data Entry/Tracking Log

Record/Save Joint Check Agreements

Sub Bill Entry/Coding

Payment Status on assigned projects

Create Sub Releases

Supplier Release collection/reminder email blast (NM/HI - Only if Supplier Prelim)

Chasing/Collecting/Reviewing Supplier Releases

Payment Received – Aging Report (Prep to give to PAM)

HOLD LIST (Supplier Releases) double check Insurance exp. dates

Project Close Out Spreadsheet

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 yrs. with both AP and AR % billing.

Education: Higher Education Degree or High School Diploma/Equivalent with combination of 5 yrs. experience.

Computer: Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, SAGE 100 or other related accounting software.

Skills: Strong Organization, strong attention to detail, high volume multi-tasking with effective communication
