This Chicago-based company is seeking a Project Manager to manage some commercial projects in Chicago.

Role:

· Manage a commercial project that includes working with budgets, estimates, and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

· Project are only in Chicagoland

· Control the day-to-day including developing a master schedule in collaboration with the Principal in Charge, this project deals with government entities

· Manage the shop drawing/submittal schedule and RFI's and scope development.

· Lead meetings on-site, package bids, pay estimates, change orders, and really manage the entire project.

Required:

· 3+ years experience as a project manager managing $2-$10 million projects

· Submittal Preparation & tracking experience

· Ability to read blueprints, PM software, and manage subcontractors.

· Bachelor’s degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
