Overview:
Seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organized residential Construction Manager to oversee the construction of a large custom home in the Lake Placid area.
Job Description:
Oversight of all aspects of the residential construction process, including:
· budgeting
· contract negotiation
· scheduling
· coordination of material delivery
· onsite supervision and safety
· quality control
· cost containment
· code compliance
· reporting to management / owners
Qualifications:
Prior residential construction management experience with significant customization, minimum 5 years.
