The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to the Project Manager. They will be the secondary point of contact between the customer and the company and will be personable and accommodating. They will initiate any change orders with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Set and/or adjust project schedules using Buildertrend software. Knowing (or learning) Buildertrend is required.
• Post photos and job logs in Buildertrend with your cell phone.
• Monitor daily progress through onsite inspections. Make adjustment to schedule as necessary.
• Notify Project Manager of any discrepancies between projected and actual timelines.
• Errands. You may have to pick up and deliver items to jobsites.
• Inform management of future staffing requirements
• Quality control - Inform management of deficiencies in quality.
• Update relevant homeowners and team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• HS diploma with excellent GPA
• Strong background in the home remodeling and/or construction industry
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills -
• Personable - must relate to customers
