We are currently looking to fill a Commercial Construction Superintendent and a Project Manager position with a Tulsa area company.

- This is a Direct Hire position.
- $50,000-$65,000 annually depending on experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Job site supervision
- Coordination and management of subcontractors
- Vendor negotiation and management
- Quality control
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent or project manager
- Must be willing to occasionally travel
- At least 3 years in the commercial construction field
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, leadership and decision-making ability
- Must be able to read concrete grades
