With regulatory changes on the horizon, our clients have a growing need for experienced management consultants who hold expertise in this area. In order to assist our clients in dealing with constant change, we are seeking business analysts with regulatory reporting experience. The incumbent should have prior knowledge of the derivatives back-office functions in order to provide solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Closely work with business partners to analyze & refine the regulatory requirements given by regulatory authorities.

· Ability to create BRDs & FRDs.

· Prior experience creating User Stories and ability to translate the requirements for the tech team to understand.

· Work closely with tech team to answer all questions about the regulatory requirements.

· Identify the gaps in client system from a regulatory perspective and raise requirements to product owners.

· Provide support to Product owner team to help guide the tech impact, story points, prioritizing, and planning for all requirements.

· Provide support to UAT team for end-to-end testing by providing sample test cases, use cases, actual vs expected behavior along with partnering with them to develop user acceptance tests, and log and track status of defects.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Prior work experience in Agile Project Methodology.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Management (Master’s Degree / MBA preferred).

· At least 3-5 years of prior experience of working as a BA for strategic initiatives.

· Experience with end-to-end trade life cycle (Middle, Front, and Back-office processing) in order to manage and lead the T+1 push.

· Prior experience with working on CFTC, Dodd Frank, EMIR, or MIFID programs.

· Knowledge of clearing systems and/or systems like DTCC.

BIP.Monticello provides a reasonable range of compensation for our roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, level of experience, and knowledge.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
