The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a social media and content strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and supports business objectives. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent writing and social media management skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sit at the center of creativity, brand knowledge, and effectiveness to create best-in-class B2B content across ebooks, blogs, webinars, data research, and social media that captures attention, creates value and grows our audiences
- Work across product marketing, growth, design and sales teams to make sure our narrative is consistent across every content piece. Ensure content development aligns with funnel-building objectives for each product and market
- Leverage data, reporting and analytical insights to set goals, test, measure success, and continually refine our content strategy toward better engagement and conversion
- Manage organic social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on best practices to ensure that our social media and content strategy remains relevant and effective
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other external stakeholders to maximize reach and impact
- Assist in copy writing, editing and crafting internal and external brand messages
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media and content management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Excellent writing skills and ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience managing external vendors and partners
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and analyze social media and content performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
