VXI Global Solutions Remote

The Content Director is in charge of executing and overseeing VXI’s content strategy. He/she is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the content department and is expected to manage a team of copywriters.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Translate VXI’s marketing objectives into clear, content strategies
  • Manage the content process from concept to completion
  • Own the creation and management of the marketing team’s editorial calendar and content production
  • Lead and direct the content team to develop marketing copy that is compelling to our ICP and converts readers
  • Ensure that VXI’s brand voice standards are met
  • Engage with VXI subject matters to gather vertical and solution themes for the content pipeline
  • Collaborate with other marketing leaders and team members to generate strong content forawareness and demand generation initiatives
  • Proofread and carry out fact checks on the content team’s work
  • Remain actively involved in hiring, training, and developing content team members
  • Define, measure, and report on performance related to this marketing area
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices around BPO, Customer Care, Customer Experience, as well as in storytelling and content strategy. Continuously review VXI’s brand positioning in the market and look at new ways of creatively delivering the brand message to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience in high-value, B2B content strategy within the BPO industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer care and customer experience solutions, and the CS & CX BPO market
  • Leader and practitioner experience in editing, copywriting, scriptwriting, market research,SEO, and content promotion (multimedia ads, emails, website, and digital collaterals such as brochures, white papers, newsletters, blogs posts, etc.)
  • Proven experience in brand positioning, buyer personas and journeys, and value-driven storytelling
  • Experience with marketing content creation and management tools (Google Trends, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
