Job Summary and Qualifications

• Responsible for financial reporting, assistance with cost report preparation, oversight on internal controls for general accounting, payroll and compliance reporting.
• Oversee month-end close process.
• Prepare and present variance explanation.
• Prepare budget and coordinate process.

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Masters and/or Certified Public Accountant preferred.
• Prefer previous hospital experience from 5-8 years.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: None

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Ability to build and motivate large team of professionals; excellent interpersonal skills; good presentation skills; detail oriented in analyzing data and spreadsheets.
