We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers (8-12 employees)
• P&L responsibility to include sales, store profitability, expenses, inventory control, cash control
• Manage labor budget and expense.
• Train and develop employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting (P&L)
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Recruiting and training quality employees
• Motivating employees
• Providing excellent customer service
• Inventory management
• Product ordering
• Cash management
• Payroll
• Addressing customer complaints
• Ensuring product stock levels with cycle counts
• Analyzing audits
• Stocking merchandise
• Ensuring that company processes and procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent customer and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience in a fast-paced convenience store or other retail environment
• Availability to work all shifts based on need
• Ability to use and learn the store back-office system
• Must be 21+ years of age.
