- Pay Rate: $25/hour on W2
- Work Type: Onsite (5 days a week for 3-4 weeks), then Hybrid (2 days at home and 3 days in-office)
- Location: Waltham, MA 02451
- Duration: 1-year contract with possible extension
Job Overview:
- Under the manager's direction, will be responsible for assembling fieldwork packages, printing main work Packages for the Company and Contractor Crews, entering Leaks in CWQ, applying for local town permits, and entering dig-safes while maintaining accurate work management statuses in our work management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for putting together accurate Main Packages.
- Help Maintain a 90% error-free rate.
- Responsible for the data integrity of divisional information entered into the work management system.
- Act as the liaison to the city/town officials to resolve local issues.
- Enter leaks accurately.
- Apply for digging safely.
- Apply to municipalities for road opening permits.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent work experience is preferred (3 years).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel across the divisions and regions as required (10%).
- Reliable transportation, personal vehicle, not public Transportation.
