Bessemer Trust is actively recruiting for a Corporate Real Estate Analyst to join our team based in our New York City headquarters. This position will report to our Director of Corporate Real Estate (“D-CRE”). The successful candidate will support the director with budget management, implementing new initiatives, facilities related work in the regional offices, space analysis, vendor contracts, and oversee the resolution of requests and unexpected issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track and maintain real estate dashboard for lease expirations, seating capacity and active projects
  • Work closely with Director on space planning and analysis, management reporting, and supporting the artwork program
  • Assist with preparing and tracking budgets and financial reports (e.g. monthly and quarterly)
  • Support in developing and maintaining Help Desk Ticketing system; responsible for collaborating with team to keep information current and accurately track projects through resolution
  • Actively support team on repairs and maintenance in regional offices, reporting, following up and closing issues
  • Contract administration responsibilities for CRE vendors, supporting Facilities Management & Office Services Team
  • Work with Facilities and Office Services Teams to develop standard operating procedures for regional offices
  • Actively manage and continually evaluate vendor contracts to maintain service level standards
  • Support Facilities Managers on renovation projects as required
  • Perform additional job duties as requested

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years administrative experience in corporate real estate preferred
  • Ability to read and understand lease documents
  • Knowledge of the construction project process, including reviewing agreements and working with contractors, vendors and property managers
  • Experience in building out workflows for SOPs
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, strategic thinker with a desire to learn and assume new challenges
  • Understanding of standard business and accounting practices required, as well as financial reporting and budgeting
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Travel to regional offices may be required – both planned and unexpected
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (advance skills in Excel, Pivot Tables and PowerPoint a must)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat package
  • Knowledge of AutoCad, Revu Bluebeam or similar a plus

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based bonus based on individual and company performance.
