Formerly Siesta Beach Concession, The Sand Pavilion and Sun Deck are now fresh to order restaurant windows offering some amazing local flavors. Both locations provide breathtaking views of Siesta Beach, along with delicious food and our famous frozen drinks. Siesta Beach is now part of the family owned & operated restaurant group, Venice Pier Group, owners and operators of renowned Venice, Fla. restaurants Sharky's on the Pier, Fins at Sharky's and Snook Haven.

Candidate Profile:

• Full service or fast casual experience welcome
• Previous restaurant or concession experience required
• Great customer service skills

Sand Pavilion will serve made-to-order, high-quality menu items and soft-serve ice cream for guests of all ages. It also houses an expansive retail program, which will provide visitors with everything they need for a trip to America’s No. 1 beach.

Venice Pier Group’s love for the Sarasota community, commitment to protecting natural resources and emphasis on providing the highest quality food, beverages and service make it the ideal company to acquire Siesta Beach Concessions. VPG is highly involved in the Sarasota community through involvement in and extensive support of local non-profits, in addition to membership with Visit Sarasota County, the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce and the Sarasota-Manatee Originals, among others. And, already an active advocate of the Skip the Straw Suncoast campaign to distribute eco-friendly straws in restaurants, VPG plans to use 100% plant-based packaging in its Siesta Beach operations.
