SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Administrator and in collaboration with all departments, the COVID-19 Screener is the in-person point of contact responsible for preventing COVID exposure by ensuring COVID-19 health safety and screening measures are being adhered to when entering the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet staff, patients and visitors.
Ensure all individuals entering the clinic are wearing a mask or providing masks as necessary.
Take and record temperatures of all individuals entering the clinic.
Complete COVID-19 screening questions with all individuals entering the clinic.
Ensure individuals have available hand sanitizer prior to entering the clinic.
Check vendors and visitors in and out and issue the corresponding ID badges.
Fold departmental brochures.
Provide general information to patients.
Ensure dental patients have phoned ahead prior to being sent to the dental office.
Regular and prompt attendance at work.
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATE, LICENSE AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. Basic Medical/Dental Interpretation Certification.
