We are currently seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our Calhoun GA location. The Credit and Collections Analyst will be part of Stanton’s Credit Team that establishes the customer’s database, evaluates new and existing accounts credit lines, authorizes orders to release for shipping and will be responsible for collections from delinquent accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, claims and AR departments.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Review orders on credit hold and determine whether they can be released.
  • Analyze credit applications, financial statements, and credit reports. Set up database in AS400.
  • Work closely with the credit department to evaluate credit risk of new and existing customers.
  • Provide reporting on outstanding balances, credit applications, and collection activity.
  • Communicate with the sales and claims team to resolve disputes and invoice issues with customers.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and take appropriate actions to collect overdue payments.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on credit limits for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of credit and collections activities.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the Flooring industry.
  • CAMS/AS400 experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay: $39,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
