The Lawn Care Crew Member is responsible for day-to-day duties in our mowing division. Crew member shall work with their designated crew to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
Lawn Care Crew Member is responsible for understanding detailed directions from their supervisor and being able to problem solve and communicate directly with the customer. During the winter months, they will help to provide additional services such as Holiday Lighting, Snow Removal, and warehouse work.
To succeed in this role, the Lawn Care Crew Member should have excellent time management and communication skills. They will collaborate with various internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional results.
This position supports the mission of the organization by demonstrating exceptional service for our residential and commercial clients.
OBJECTIVES:
- Work as a team to complete daily mowing service work
- Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure proper techniques and duties are met
- Prepare for each day with the preparation of equipment
- Properly understand and execute daily work details that pertain to each client
COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to interface with clients and customers on behalf of the company
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Demonstrate excellence in time management skills
- Must be able to analyze information, identify solutions, and resolve problems in a timely matter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift at least 75lbs
- Ability to work prolonged periods of time in extreme heat or cold weather
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
