Vigilnet is a leading provider of Alternative Sentencing Services to the corrections industry. These services work to reduce cost, lower recidivism, and protect communities. Our objective is to provide unmatched customer service combined with the most proven and reliable monitoring technologies available. We currently provide services in Oregon, Washington, Nebraska, Iowa and Pennsylvania.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties Include: support and installation of our electronic monitoring products (GPS tracking and Alcohol monitoring devices), contacting clients, data entry, payment processing and case management are just a few of the day-to-day responsibilities. Daily correspondence with our Criminal Justice Partners to include the Sheriffs Office, DA's Office, Probation Parole and the Courts are part of the daily experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful applicants must be organized, hardworking, energized, punctual and have a positive attitude. Clean, professional appearance, strong work ethic. There are no minimum education requirements above a HS diploma, however college level course work and or associates is a plus. Dedication, willingness to learn, and fitting into our team is extremely important.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 starting wage per hour dependent on work experience/education.

Benefits: Vigilnet provides benefit options to best suit the employees needs. For an individual single employee, Vigilnet pays 100% of your monthly health insurance premium and provides a $2,000 HSA (Health Savings Account) annually to pay for any out-of-pocket medical related expenses. Money not spent in that account rolls over year to year. Other packages for Employee + Spouse or Employee + Children and Family are provided. Details of those packages can be provided pre-employment upon request, or at the time of the job offer. We also pay100% of your short-term and long-term disability insurances as well as a $50,000 life insurance policy. Our 401(k) plan matches 4% on what you contribute pre-tax.
