CRC is excited and growing! We are currently looking to hire a Criminal Record Researcher. This is a good fit those with a background or degree in criminal justice.
The Criminal Records Researcher is responsible for conducting computer-based database searches in compliance with STATE and FEDERAL reporting guidelines. All verifications are conducted via internet, phone, email and /or fax, IN COMPLETE CONFIDENTIALITY.
- This position requires a SECURE private area with a desk, secure WIFI and high-speed internet. Private working space is essential due to the handling of secure work information. Cannot be a common area outside of the home.
- This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, Monday – Friday but with flexible hours, start between 6:30-9:30am and ending between 4:00 -6:30, working 8 hours with one hour for lunch. (times depend on team need) Occasional overtime opportunities include Saturday and Sunday.
- MUST be a resident of North Carolina and authorized to work in the US.
- MUST be technology proficient and working understanding of MS Teams, ZOOM, Microsoft Office, VoIP and moderately fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proper grammar and business writing to maintain professional reports and client communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet timely goals.
- MUST be able to stay organized and maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate records.
