As Counselor in the Crisis Care Program you will be the primary liaison in guiding our community clients in services when a crisis arises.

Key responsibilities will include

• Provides crisis intervention services to clients via the crisis hotline, text/chats, in-person, and clients on the inpatient residential unit.
• Evaluates and assesses clients for level of care.
• Prepares and implements treatment plans with clients.
• Provides therapeutic and supportive services to clients, including individual, group, and case management.
• Responsible for unit coverage and emergency telephone interventions and dispatches mobile response as appropriate.

Variety of Availble Shifts

• Day - Evening - Overnight - Can even work with school schedules
• $2.50 differential for working hours deemed eligible for shift and weekend premium

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities/Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or
• Bachelor’s in any field and two (2) years’ experience, or
• High School diploma or GED and five (5) years’ experience
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
