What to Expect
As a Customer Relationship Management System Administrator at VulcanForms Inc., Burlington, MA, you will manage the CRM System daily. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to understand processes for Sales CRM. The successful candidate will ensure all data entered into the CRM across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Etc., is accurate and current.
The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details, and have analytical thinking skills. Additionally, this role will require in-depth knowledge of internal sales, marketing, and business processes.
This position is based in our Burlington, MA, facility and will report to the Director of Commercial Operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform reporting in CRM.
- Identify, correct, and communicate errors made by system users.
- Optimizing sales processes and ensuring sales technology and methodologies are a good fit.
- Provide a central point of contact for all change requests & system alterations.
- Build custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions.
- Generate detailed process maps for sales, marketing, and business workflows.
- Maintain control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges.
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business units and end users against business requirements.
- Implement and integrate third-party products/applications on the CRM platform.
- Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules, and business logic layer to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience.
- Work with IT and other 3rd party vendors to maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
- Perform weekly reviews of opportunity pipeline data to ensure data quality and align opportunities with revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience using CRMs
- Exceptional knowledge of sales processes and workflows
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to perform detailed analyses
- Expertise in Excel and experience maintaining the integrity of large data sets
- Able to develop strong relationships and work with senior-level executives
Preferred
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Strong project management, data management, and training & support skills
- Experience working at a startup company
