Your Role and Responsibilities
Perform fundamental research in the field of cryptography to advance the state-of-the-art in secure computation and communication. Advance cryptographic schemes and protocols in said fields to improve efficiency and practicality, especially in the fields of multi-party computation and secure and verifiable computation. Particular focus is expected on upcoming fields such as garbled random-access memory programs, and lattice-based cryptography applied to fully-homomorphic encryption, and post-quantum cryptographic schemes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- PhD in Computer Science with three years of research experience and a proven publication record in the field of cryptography.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Expertise in the field of secure computation, and in particular multi-party computation and/or lattice-based cryptography.
- A strong publication record in the top cryptography conferences such as IACR CRYPTO, Eurocrypt, Asiacrypt, ACM CCS.
- Ability to guide students and young scientists and work in a team to advance cryptography related software and hardware projects.

Location Statement
The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
