CSR/Cashier Job at Nova Interactions
Are you currently looking for a new job? We're interested in speaking with Customer Service Associates with strong organizational skills and previous experience dealing with customers on a daily basis. This is an entry-level position that requires interacting with our customers via a digital system and cash register. Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer questions regarding the products and services you are selling.
- Provide the customer with product information and pricing.
- Be organized and accurate in your work.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available for extended hours, nights, and weekends.
- Prepare bank deposits in a timely manner.
- Have knowledge of relevant retail store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to commute to the St. Louis area on a daily basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service or cashier experience, is a Plus!
