You'll help schedule free in-home appointments throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls and schedules in-home Comfort Advisor Leads
• Ability to follow scripting, while prioritizing call lead types for maximum efficiency and success
• Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask
• Set up jobs, close jobs, pull permits, register equipment and warranty.

• Answer inbound calls as a back up to the customer service team and dispatch.
• Help with outbound calls and other duties as assigned when needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 Years of HVAC Coordinator Experience Desired
• Several Years of Customer Service Helpful
• A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Good written and verbal skills
• Good computer skills needed
• Positive Attitude and team player a MUST!

**Please note that this position pays $18-21/HR, and the hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed.
