Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time Cultivation Technician to join our team in producing high quality cannabis on 1st Shift (7a-3:30p). The perfect candidate for this position will be very detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals, and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.

Compensation: Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Vegetative room work: transplanting clones, pruning and room cleaning
• Flower room work: deleafing, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning
• Basic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Loading and unloading materials, supplies and waste
• Learning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules
• Driving our positive, respectful and grateful company culture
• All other tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Generalized computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to adapt to changes
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check - No drug-related felony convictions
