We distribute Unilever brands like Ben & Jerry’s, Magnum, Klondike, Popsicle, Breyers, Talenti and other Good Humor brand novelties.

JC Frozen Foods Inc has an immediate full-time Customer Service Order Specialist position for a driven and energetic person that is open and willing to learn.

Qualifications:

• Versed in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
• Experienced with Outlook (email and scheduling)

Primary responsibilities will be:

• Answering phones and identifying customer needs
• Troubleshooting to assist customers with issues.
• Creating and correcting orders while working closely with merchandisers and drivers to ensure routes are 100% on track.
• Putting together a target list and obtaining new businesses and vendors within our territory
• Running sales/compliance reports to ensure our current customer base is serviced properly.
• Talking to people from a wide variety of backgrounds
• Some light office duties
• Requires intermediate experience in MS Excel, Teams, Outlook, Google. Candidate will be tested on these programs.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office setting.
• Customer Service and Sales experience a plus

Must be able to communicate with corporate level as well as all level of individuals. Good personality and not easily frustrated. Ability to use social media, email blast programs, Zoom and other video conferencing programs as well as excellent phone etiquette.
