Job Summary - Greeter Job Description

Assist customers with their experience while providing a clean, safe, friendly and professional environment. Do you love working with customers? We're looking for dedicated people to join our team! Our Customer Service Advisors helps customers through their car wash experience and answer any questions about the processes the customer may have. As the face of the company to the customer, a smile, and outgoing personality is required!

General Accountabilities

· Greeting the customer with a warm, friendly, and inviting attitude.

· Assist customer with package selection if needed

· Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and Services.

· Assist customers in purchasing Limitless Wash Club Plans

· Accepts payment and makes change.

· Cleans Pay station and Command Center Areas.

· Calculates sales to determine price.

· Keeps record of sales.

· Experience: Some previous work-related experience

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.

· Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift

· Must be able to withstand outside weather conditions

· Must be able to twist, bend, and lift as needed

Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time

Pay: $12.00 per hour, plus bonuses and commission
