Summary
Provide clerical and administrative support for Customer Service Department for Construction office
located in Corona. Customer Service involves scheduling Work Orders with Home Builders and
Homeowners for Warranty Work and Repairs.

Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience in a Customer Service Department preferred. 5 Years prior experience working in an
office atmosphere. Construction Industry experience or background advantageous.
Excellent written communication skills to correspond with Home Builders and Homeowners
Express empathy with Homeowners and maintain professional phone etiquette.
Work independently and have good follow-up skills.
Good computer skills including experience with Accounting Software, Excel spreadsheets, Word
documents, e-mailing, scanning documents.
Excellent attendance and reliability. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service Department
Communicate with Home Builder Superintendents regarding authorization for work and
obtaining Billing paperwork.
Prepare internal work order requests and track labor time charged.
Research Material products needed for Work Order
Coordinate and Schedule work order repairs with Home Builder, Homeowners, Field Employees
Track status of Work Orders and Billable paperwork
Process completed work orders and set up Budgets and Billable item.
Communicate and work with Accounts Receivable Department on Billing items.
Research Open Work Orders as needed.
Other • Clerical support for Office
Assist with Safety Documents, Filing, Copying as requested.
Assist Payroll Department with Scanning, Filing, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
