Job Title: In-Store Survey Taker

We are looking for an In-Store Survey Taker to join our team at Rainsoft. Rainsoft has been a leader in the water treatment industry for over 60 years, providing innovative solutions to improve the quality of water in homes and businesses. Responsibilities:

• Approach customers in the Home Depot store and invite them to participate in a water quality survey
• Conduct the survey in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to company guidelines
• Provide accurate and honest information about our products and services
• Generate interest in our products and services by highlighting their benefits
• Meet or exceed performance targets for the number of surveys completed, as well as for generating leads and sales
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and represent our company in a way that reflects our values

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed and exceed performance targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
