About The Position

Professional Customer Care (PCC) is the customer-facing side. In addition to fielding phone calls, live chats, and SMS communication, the PCC team is responsible for coordinating product returns, managing incoming orders in conjunction with our operations team, monitoring customer trends, dispersing product education and information to customers, and general problem-solving and issue resolution.
Pay - Up to $18.00/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- A quick learner dedicated to the continued improvement of PCC team operations
- Able to multitask in our high-volume call center, accomplishing tasks between calls
- A positive communicator, able to speak to customers patiently regardless of the situation
- Able to coach customers through basic tech tasks (logging in, email navigation, etc.)
- A capable writer able to communicate effectively via live chat and email channels
