Customer Service Manager (flexible scheduling, part time, full time, hybrid (mostly remote)
- Review Orders from customers in regards to sales of timber, real estate (agricultural acreage), oil and gas, minerals for renewable energy
- Ensure compliance with the security/enforcement team which monitors the trust/holding company
- Assist the Sales Support team with order fulfillment for customers. Ensuring high percentage of orders are fulfilled on time
- Work with the Order to Delivery Process and the logistic teams to tracking the movement of goods from vendors to storage to customers
- Review Request for Quotes, Estimates and Proposals to assess capacity for fulfilling customer orders
- Assist the purchasing team with sourcing of products, purchasing agreements and negotiations that impact major customers
- Work with Sales and Marketing for customer retention and engagement
