Goodwill Monocacy Valley located in Frederick and Carroll County Maryland (a division of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona since 2020) is hiring for a Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production for a Retail Store location.
- Ensures excellent customer service and manages day-to-day store operations.
- Maintains store appearance and implements strategies for efficiency.
- Trains and develops Retail Sales Associates, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manages team performance, promotes company vision, and drives culture change efforts.
- Conducts new goods inventory and ensures proper reporting.
- Reconciles and balances all daily paperwork.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- One year work experience in Retail Management, preferred.
- One year customer service experience required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
