Growing private music and dance school in San Jose is looking for a part time Front Desk team member to work at our South San Jose office.

$18.00 per hour to start, with raises based on performance evaluations.
Room for advancement.
No music or dance education or experience is required.
SCHEDULE: Approximately 20 hours per week. Saturday availability is a must.
- Monday: 1:30PM - 8:45PM
- Tuesday: 1:30PM - 8:45PM
- Saturday: 8:30AM-3:45PM
- Other times may be required

JOB DUTIES:
- Answering phones (We’re looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone, with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you that your voice should be on the radio, we’re looking for you).
- Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.
- An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. We’re looking for a ‘people person’ with a great personality.
- If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
- Registering clients.
- Processing paperwork.
- Cleaning.
- Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
- Selling minimal retail/supplies at the desk.
- Interacting with customers.
Ideal qualification and experience: Restaurant, Hospitality, Phone customer support, Bank teller, Retail, Shipping center, Medical office, Salon, Any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public.
