DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inbound Telephone Estimating and Sales. (warm calls only)
• Inbound Customer Service in schedule changes, trouble shooting, quality control, and continued relationship building.
• Uses computerize operating system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Answer questions and solve problems by offering solutions.
• Data Entry of new schedules and schedule changes.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Document issues and identifies appropriate actions to resolve inquires including those related to, but not limited to, order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and the customer portal.
• Outbound follow-up communications. Follow through is a must.
