We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure call board is full thorugh inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain customer records and accounts.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
