Description:

• Answering customer service phone calls, Mixture of 50+ inbound/outbound phone calls, Some days they could handle up to 100 calls
• Routing the call to the appropriate party
• Assisting customers with basic customer service needs
• Assisting in the claims process by either speaking to the customer or using the claims portal to communicate with the customer on basic claim needs

This will include:

• Entering claims via a website for a customer
• Emailing the customer for additional information needed for the claim
• Answering any questions, the customer may have on the claim
• Reviewing documentation provided by customer where it pertains to the claim
• Communicating to the customer the resolution of a claim
• Discussing the outcome of the issue with the technician and gathering pertinent information to close the claim.
• Price out the cost of the claim and gain approval from management to approve the claim.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE: 6+ months of home warranty expereince OR 6+ months experience as an insurance claims adjuster
• 1+ years of call center customer service expereince
• High school Diploma
