Shifts
We have several shifts available. We do our best to give everyone consecutive days off. Shift bids are completed every month or two with performance being the main contributor for where you rank on shift bids.

Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 5:30pm (one opening)
Mon-Fri: 9:30 am - 6:30pm (one opening)
Mon-Fri: 10:30am - 7:00pm (one opening)
Tue-Sat: 9:00am - 5:30pm (two openings)

The job is on-location with a possibility of the 10:30-7pm shift being remote.

Responsibilities

• Answer, direct, support, and resolve incoming calls
• Make OUTBOUND calls to customers (not cold calls)
• Schedule, review, and confirm incoming appointments for service, repair, plumbing, sales, etc.
• Track customer interactions and transactions using organized, effective, and concise documentation within the customer database
• Schedule and dispatch field team members to qualified jobs

Qualification

• Ability to perform work on-site. This is not a remote position
• 1-2 years of CALL CENTER (not retail customer service) experience
• Telecommunications experience/phone skills
• High proficiency in typing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems while on the phone with customers, and complete all required data entry prior to finishing the call
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
