A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people, promote and assist with menu items and placing orders and serve food to our guests. You are the first impression of the restaurant when a guest arrives, and you know how to make them feel welcome. As a Customer Service Team Member, you love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily and ensure that every guest feels like family. You will have the chance to advance your customer service skills and to educate guests on menu items in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills.

Being passionate about food is also a key part of your success! An upbeat and positive attitude and a willingness to help other guests and team members around you.

WORK SCHEDULE

Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri: 6:30am-11pm, Sat: 7am-11pm, and Sun: 7am-10:30pm. We are looking for someone who is willing to work a flexible schedule.
