Customer Service Representative - $20+
A leading food producer in Northfield IL is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! This person will report to the Manager of Sales Services and work closely with the Regional Sales Manager. The position will be providing direct support to the sales team and be responsible for processing orders, checking inventory, and managing order revisions. The hours are Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, think quickly, and problem solve
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Computer Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Very flexible and gets along with others
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Corporate Office Experience
- Food Industry experience preferred
